Project delays caused by missing client information may affect delivery timelines.
05 Quotations & Payments
All quotations remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Payment schedules are defined in the project proposal.
Late payments may result in project suspension until outstanding invoices are settled.
06 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients own the final approved deliverables after full payment.
- EselMedia retains ownership of internal methodologies, reusable code, frameworks and tools.
- Third‑party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
07 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
08 Revisions
Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the proposal.
Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
09 Project Cancellation
Either party may terminate the project by written notice.
Completed work performed before termination remains payable.
10 Third‑Party Services
Projects may integrate services such as:
- Microsoft
- Cloudinary
- Stripe
- WordPress
- Hosting providers
EselMedia is not responsible for outages or policy changes affecting third‑party platforms.
11 Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high‑quality solutions, EselMedia shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
