04 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Deliver requested content on time.
  • Review deliverables promptly.
  • Maintain clear communication throughout the project.
Project delays caused by missing client information may affect delivery timelines.

05 Quotations & Payments

All quotations remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Payment schedules are defined in the project proposal.

Late payments may result in project suspension until outstanding invoices are settled.

06 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients own the final approved deliverables after full payment.
  • EselMedia retains ownership of internal methodologies, reusable code, frameworks and tools.
  • Third‑party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

07 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.

08 Revisions

Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the proposal.

Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

09 Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate the project by written notice.

Completed work performed before termination remains payable.

10 Third‑Party Services

Projects may integrate services such as:

  • Google
  • Microsoft
  • Cloudinary
  • Stripe
  • WordPress
  • Hosting providers

EselMedia is not responsible for outages or policy changes affecting third‑party platforms.

11 Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high‑quality solutions, EselMedia shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

1Who we are

EselMedia runs eselmedia.com and the EselMedia Apps platform: ERP, CRM, Website Studio, MailFlow and the other apps.

2Your account

Give true information when you sign up.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3Free trial

The trial lasts 14 days and needs no bank card.

At the end, choose a plan to keep using your workspace.

4Plans and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance. Taxes are added when they apply.

5Stopping your plan

You can stop at any time. Access stays open until the end of the paid period.

We may suspend an account in case of unpaid bills or misuse.

6Your data

Everything you add in the apps belongs to you.

You can export it before you leave.

7Fair use

No illegal content, no spam, no attempts to break the security of the platform.

Do not resell the service without our written agreement.

8Availability

We work to keep the service online at all times.

Short breaks can happen for maintenance. We announce them when we can.

9Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

10Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes are announced by e-mail or on the site.
